Terms & Conditions

We aim to provide clear and fair policies for all Lash Nation training programs. Please review the information below before enrolling, as policies differ for online and in-salon courses.

Online Training – Return & Refund Policy

Online Courses (with or without a lash kit)
All online course purchases are non-refundable once access to the course portal has been provided.

If your online course includes a lash kit, the entire purchase (course access and kit) remains non-refundable once access is granted.

In-Salon Training – Reschedule & Refund Policy

Course Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This applies to initial deposits and any additional deposits paid when rescheduling.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your course:

  • 14 days’ notice or more:
    One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
  • Within 14 days of the course start date:
    A $250 rescheduling fee applies. This includes bookings made within the 14-day period.

Live Model Days (Day 2 & Day 3)

If you are unable to attend live model days, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options:

  • Next available masterclass:
    Subject to availability, confirmed one week prior.
  • Weekday catch-up session:
    Available at $650 per day.

Cancellations

30 days or more before course start date:

  • Paid in full: Refund issued minus the non-refundable deposit
  • Deposit only: Deposit remains non-refundable

Less than 30 days before course start date:
No refunds will be issued due to preparation requirements and limited course availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all fees. No refunds or credits will be issued.
